  6. Para el tuco: colocar en una olla un chorrito de aceite luego agregar el morrón y la cebolla picados y la carne picada. Salar y dejar cocinar unos minutos, agregar el puré de tomates y condimentar bien.. terminar la cocino y listo.
  7. Cocinar en abundante agua y sal. Una vez que hirvió el agua echar los ñoquis, esperar a que salgan a la superficie y den su primer hervor y listo. Retirar y colocar en la fuente con el tuco.
