  3. Cuando la polenta está lista, mientras está aún caliente, poner en una fuente una capa de polenta, luego carne y si querés queso, y otra capa de polenta para tapar, y queso nuevamente. Con la cantidad de carne y polenta que hice, me alcanzó bien para una fuente de 20x20cm por 8cm de alto.
  4. Poner al horno para calentar y derretir el queso. Aprox 10 min. Retirar y dejar enfriar un poquito antes de servir así toma consistencia. Es mucho más fácil de cortar y servir si está fría (por ejemplo al día siguiente).
