- EL TRUCO: Puré de patatas (yo uso el de Maggi)
- El zumo de 1/2 limón
- Sal, perejil y ajo muy picados, harina
- Para la salsa: AOVE, ajo, cebolla, 1 pastilla de caldo de carne
- 1/2 cucharadita pimentón, 1 cucharada de harina
- 2 cucharadas tomate frito, sal y agua

- Se baten los huevos, se le añade la sal (a gusto), el zumo de limón, el ajo, el perejil y se bate todo

- Se hace el puré de patata que quede muy espeso y se reserva

- Se añade la carne a los huevos, se mezcla bien y se incorpora el puré


- Se mezcla bien y si queda demasiado blando se añade un poco de pan rallado. Hacemos las bolas de carne y las pasamos por harina. Freímos y colocamos en una cazuela.


- Para la salsa. En una sartén ponemos un chorreón de AOVE y hacemos un sofrito con el ajo y la cebolla picados, cuando estén pochados añadimos la pastilla de caldo, el pimentón, la harina y el tomate frito

- Cuando esté todo ligado añadimos agua y calentamos hasta que esté todo mezclado y lo incorporamos a la cazuela y calentamos todo junto. Espero que os guste.
