    3- Condimentar con lo que les guste, (en nuestro caso: Sal, orégano, ajil)
    4- Revolver con una espátula cada tanto hasta lograr la cocción de la carne
    5- Pelar las papas, lavarlas
    6- Cortar las papas en cubos uniformes
    7- Calentar agua en una olla hasta que alcance el hervor
  2. 8- Colocar las papa en la olla, cocinar por 25' hasta que tengan la textura deseada para formar el puré
    9- Colar las papas
    10- Aplastar las papas, agregarle manteca, sal y leche y formar el puré.
    11- Aceitar una asadera y colocar la primer capa de puré
    12- Colocar el relleno se carne
  3. 13- Agregar los huevos cortados
    14- Colocar la segunda capa de puré
    15- Agregar una capa de muzzarella
    16- Llevar al horno a 180°C hasta que se dore la muzzarella con el color que deseemos.
    17- Listo para servir y disfrutar este delicioso pastel.

    En este caso utilizamos una asadera redonda de 30cm de diámetro
