  4. Una vez fría la cebolla la ponemos en un bowl con la carne picada, el perejil (yo no tenía así que le puse condimento provenzal pero queda más rico siempre con perejil♡), el pan rallado, el huevo, sal a gusto y el pan remojado en leche. Incorporar todo con la mano.
  5. Hacer bolitas y pasarlas por harina, sacar el excedente y ponerlas en una bandeja o plato seco.
  6. Freír en aceite bien caliente, a fuego medio, dorar de cada lado hasta que queden así ♡
  7. Ahora la salsa, una salsa simple. Yo tenía un mini pedacito de morrón, 1 cebolla y 1 diente de ajo. Lo corté chiquito, lo cocine en un poco de aceite, agregué puré de tomate y los condimentos. Sal a gusto. (Mientras hacen esto, pongan a precalentar el horno a fuego medio)
  8. Colocar las albóndigas en una bandeja o tipo pyrex como tengo yo, acomodarlas una al lado de la otra, agregar la salsa encima, y el queso (la cantidad que le guste más a cada uno). Al horno, hasta derretir el queso.
