- Terminamos introduciendo 1 tomate entero las patatas troceadas, las zanahorias y el pimiento, con un poco más de agua. Esta vez añadí 1 puerro.



- Cerramos la olla y cuando empiece a hervir bajamos un poco el fuego y dejamos hasta que la patata esté tierna.

- Abrimos la olla, añadimos unas alcachofas de bote y dejamos reposar todo unos minutos. Y servimos, yo la verdura la añado grande, porque después la apartó, ya que no nos la comemos, pero si os gusta se añadiría más pequeño.
