- Para el relleno cocinar 2 ajos grandes con 1 cebolla hasta dorar y agregar la acelga y espinaca previamente lavadas y escurridas. Cocinar unos 3 minutos y retirar del fuego.
- Yo procesé las verduras y lo mezcle con la ricota, pero pueden dejar que se enfríe y cortarlo chiquito para mezclar con la ricota o coninarlo ya picado.
