  3. Una vez fritas las pasamos a una cacerola. En el mismo aceite(retirando parte porque es mucha) freímos la zanahoria y el champiñón que también echamos en la cacerola.
  4. Luego pochamos la cebolla y en el último momento echamos un par de cucharadas de harina y cuando se tueste un poquito, vocamos en la cacerola.
  5. Por último echamos en la cacerola un chorro de vino blanco, una hoja de laurel y cubrimos con agua. Vamos a cocer unos 30 min o cuando nos guste el espesor de la salsa.
