- Una vez hechas las bolas compactarlas bien y chafas con la palma de la mano hasta que tengan el grosor deseado. Yo las hago gorditas, porque así quedan un poco crudas por el centro, pero lo bueno es que las podéis hacer a vuestro gusto.



- Podéis envolverlas en film y congelar.
