  2. Cuando eate pochado, añadimos las hojas de laurel y la carne picada. Rehogamos todo hasta que la carne coja colorcito. Añadimos ahora el vino, este que sea un vino del que tu te tomarias una copita... jejejeje cuanto más bueno, mejor estará.
  3. Ponemos a fuego medio/fuerte para que se evapore el alcohol! Salpimentamos y añadimos el tarro de tomate. Ponemos primero a fuego medio alto para que coja hervor y una vez que empiece a hervir, bajamos el fuego, tapamos y dejamos unas 3 horitas tapado, moviendo de vez en cuando para que no se pegue. Pasado este tiempo, metemos un poco el brazo de la batidora para quitarle los trozos grande de carne, sin llegar a molerla.
  4. Dejamos destapado 1 horita más a fuego suave o dejamos ya así, depende para lo que queramos! Yo como quiero hacer una lasaña, me gusta con menos caldito, pero para una pasta mejor dejarlo así.
