Pero quise probar y en casa gustaron, quedan jugosas y tiernas por dentro. Creo que las voy hacer así siempre. - Para hacer la salsa se sofríe la cebolla, cuando se vea tierna se agregan los ajos y el tomate cortado, se cocina unos minutos y se añade el puré, pasta de tomate o salsa, el agua. Se sazona al gusto. Se cocina 10 minutos.



- Se le ponen las albóndigas que teníamos apartadas. Se tapa y se cocina todo 25 minutos. Yo lo hice con la olla a presión eléctrica. Si lo hacen en olla normal será hasta que la carne esté tierna. Pueden hacerlo más o menos espeso como gusten. Se puede servir con pasta, puré de papas, o arroz. Yo lo serví con pasta corta.
